I'm Tom Polakowski, the General Manager at Borders in Mentor I'm inviting you to stop in and browse. Enjoy a delicious beverage from our Seattle?s Best Cafe. We have a warm, inviting atmosphere and truly believe that Customer Service is our number one priority. Book lovers will be happy to note that we have a large selection in Local Interest that is sure to please. Our Sales Manager, Irene, is an expert on the local book scene, with her depth of knowledge and involvement in the Cleveland/ Mentor area; she?s a great resource for anything local. We?ve just expanded our Children?s Section and our staff is ready to make suggestions for just that right book. On Wednesdays at 10am, look for Storytime with Miss Lori.

Preschoolers and toddlers love it and it?s a great way for Mom, Dad, and grandparents to join in the singing, crafts and reading. Interested in a lively discussion on the classics? Join Bill and our monthly Classical Literacy group for an enjoyable, thought-provoking review of books such as Gulliver?s Travels and Les Miserables. Are you a music lover? Stop in to check with our Classical music expert Dave to find the best from Bach to Beethoven. Another growing genre is Graphic Novel, specifically Manga. Our new expanded Manga section is loaded with new titles just waiting to be discovered. Perhaps History is your reading favorite.
