Welcome to Borders in Oakbrook, IL!

As the first Borders in Chicago, Borders in Oak Brook has been firmly ensconced in the community since August of 1989. As one of the largest Borders in the company, we provide tremendous selection in all of our product lines. We boast a great selection of classical and jazz music and a wide variety of DVD's, including Blu-Ray. We have& wonderful literature, history and cooking book sections--just to name a few! We also have a specialized Paperchase gifts and stationary area, an inviting children's area, a tremendous selection of bargain books and a terrific Seattle's Best Cafe.

Our store is also host to many special events, ranging from monthly book groups to nationally recognized authors, musicians, and celebrities of all kinds!
