Welcome to the Evanston Borders: a downtown bookstore with a community connection. You'll find local groups such as The Purple Crayon Players, a children's theatre group from Northwestern University that performs a story time each month,  as well as book groups, and knitting clubs that meet to enjoy the sights from our Seattle's Best Coffee Cafe. We frequently host national and local authors in the store and welcome everyone for animated discussions and signings.
