My personal recommendation for a great summer read is The Art of Racing in the Rain, by Garth Stein.  This page turner kept me reading all night!  The family dog, Enzo, shares his family's story of heartbreak, loss, and their eventual triumph over tragedy to arrive at a happy ending.  Enzo provides comic relief and surprising insight into human life as he shares his family's tale with us.  When you stop by the store, find me, and I will tell you all about this wonderful book.  You are sure to enjoy it as much as I did.
