1. Buy an item on Borders.com and have it shipped to a store—for free! Follow the usual checkout process and choose the store where you want your items shipped on the addresses page.

2. Use Borders.com to check the store inventory for an item and reserve it for pickup at your store. It's easy: Find an item on Borders.com, then use the zip code entry form, on the upper right of the page, to check whether it's in stock at a store near you. Reserve the item online and pay for it when you pick it up at the store.
