Deferred Billing Card Charge all of your business- and organization-related purchases and save up to 25%. Borders Deferred Billing Card not valid at Borders Express locations. See your local Borders Express store to learn how to sign up for a Deferred Billing Card that is valid at Borders Express. Annual purchases of $2,000 or more required to maintain eligibility.		Discount-Only Card Save up to 25% when making business- or organization-related purchases. A form of payment, such as a credit card or check, is required.

Tax Exemption. If your organization is exempt from retail sales tax, a "TE" in the lower right corner of your card will indicate that your business- and organization-related purchases will not be charged sales tax.
