They are responsible for the shipping and receiving, warehousing, transportation, and flow of product within the supply chain, both domestically and internationally, for all of our stores. Distribution Center Opportunities

Area Managers
Area Managers provide supervision and direction for non-exempt associates in a specified department within the facility. They drive the performance of the department to ensure optimal levels of productivity and quality while maintaining a safe work environment for all associates. In addition, they develop and mentor associates to enhance leadership bench strength in the distribution centers.

DC Human Resources Managers
As a strong business partner to the distribution center management team, Human Resources Managers ensure that we find the best talent, provide great development and training, enable excellent employee performance, and maintain an environment where people are valued.

General Managers
This group provides the highest level of leadership for all aspects of the distribution center operations to ensure optimal customer service to our stores. General Managers create a positive, team-oriented work environment by facilitating an open-door culture and a strong communication strategy.

Group Leaders
This group provides support to Area Managers in the execution of the daily strategies of the department. They also support the training and development of associates and maintain a productive, safe, and comfortable working environment.

Industrial Engineers
Engineering provides support for the distribution center, including methods and procedures, work standards for incentive programs, documentation and training manuals, manpower planning tools, work station organization, and facility layout.

Information Technology
The IT group provides support, both standard implementation and critical maintenance, to computer hardware and software involving the warehouse management system, merchandising system, and Microsoft Office application.

Operations Managers
These managers provide leadership to all operational areas, recommend and implement procedures and changes to maintain the distribution centers' unique competitive edge, and ensure a positive work environment.
