 |  Hot FuzzHot Fuzz is a cop show, a hilarious comedy, a mystery, a suspense-filled thriller, and an action movie. Oh, and one of the best buddy movies I've seen in awhile. Simon Pegg is marvelous as the-too perfect cop, Nicholas Angel. Nick Frost is dead-on as the friend and puts the bud in buddy. The supporting cast is great, and everyone seems to be having a lovely time with their parts. Two thumbs way up. |
 |  Some Buried Caesarby Rex Stout Some Buried Ceasar by Rex Stout is a Nero Wolfe mystery. It was really hard to choose a single book from this series. I chose this one because it forces Wolfe out of his home in New York and makes him do things he never does again in the series. There's murder, mayhem, and Wolfe trying to do as little work as possible. This book is one that I'll take on tour with me and reread like an good friend that reminds you that the bad guys get caught and justice prevails, at least on paper. |

I admit I'm a little biased since NIN are the band I listen to when all other music has faded for me. They are my late-night, need-to-finish-this-scene band.
