Quick & Decadent Chocolate-Peanut Butter-Granola-Coconut Bars
Ingredients (makes two dozen bars)
(makes two dozen bars)½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter or margarine
12 4¾ x 2½-inch graham crackers, coarsely crumbled, or 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup peanut butter
¾ cup granola
½ cup raisins
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips1½ cups sweetened flaked coconut

9 x 13-inch baking pan
Medium bowl
Metal spatula
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Place the butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan and place the pan in the oven until the butter melts.
3. Spread the crumbled graham crackers in the baking pan with the melted butter.
4. In a medium bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and the peanut butter. Drizzle the peanut butter mixture evenly over the graham cracker crumbs, then sprinkle on the granola, raisins, and chocolate chips. Cover with the coconut and, using the palms of your hands, press down firmly on the mixture.
5. Bake for 25?30 minutes, until light golden brown. Cool completely, then cut into 24 bars and remove from the pan with a metal spatula. Store in the refrigerator in a well-sealed container.
